Amber Rust is an emerging artist from the Gainesville area. After 20 plus years in the financial services industry she found herself with an opportunity to explore her love of art by changing careers. She fell in love with the chaotic nature of fluid art and a new adventure began! 

She is a self taught artist who specializes in creating abstract fluid art work that encompasses fluid acrylic painting combined with realism. She finds much of her inspiration in coastal colors and themes but also enjoys dabbling in vivid colors that brighten any decor. 

She has been an artist for the entirety of her life but has been painting full time since the start of 2019. She has participated in numerous shows throughout Florida including the Gainesville Downtown Art Festival among others and a variety of her work can be seen locally at Hunter Family Dentistry in Jonesville.
