Your charcuterie board was made with a food grade resin so it is safe for food contact. It is recommended that you refrain from using serrated knives on the resin portion to prevent scratches. (A cheese knife is perfectly safe!) The board can be washed with warm soapy water and should not be left to soak as the wood can absorb the water and cause warping. I recommend using cutting board oil to keep your wood glowing!
